MidAmerican Energy MPT-1327 system

Has anyone heard the MidAmerican Energy MPT-1327 system lately? The control channel in my area (451.550) appears to have been off the air for several weeks and probably months. I know they wanted to switch to ISICS, but I heard that that was not allowed, since they were a for-profit business. Anyone know the story?

I'm not from the area, but did you try other frequencies on this license FCC Callsign WQLQ387 (MIDAMERICAN ENERGY COMPANY)

Also, I see a couple Capacity+ systems listed in the database. Try to see if they might have moved to DMR. Also, why are the Capacity+ sites not networked?
