Middletown and surrounding area 911 outage

Received a phone call with an anouncement stating there is a 911 emergency service outage in middletown twp and possibly surrounding areas being worked on, wife fielded call. Anyone else receive and or have any info? thanks ,, Dan

MORE INFO: also alot of people calling 911 in Bucks to see if working It sounded as if the dispatch operators are getting annoyed.. i just turned scanner on after i received call.. idiots calling 911 to see if its working.. duh!
