Middletown PD 1 gone (?)

Nothing since I've gotten home from work, a channel that's always active. More frequent but still very light traffic on PD 2. Any ideas?

The main T1 went down last night for PD1. (Thanks Verizon). Its back up as of about 7:30 pm but they are not switching every one back until Obama leaves.
