Midland and Ector Co. S.O. changes?

I have two digital scanners, both GRE-built Radio Shack units. Until a few months ago I was getting both Midland and Ector S.O. traffic with no problems, but the past few months I'm not hearing either. Have they changed frequencies. I mentioned this to a friend who pulled up Midland County on this site, and it still shows them at 158.925, which is in both scanners. Just wondered if they've changed frequencies since the narrow banding.

Ector Co. uses the Permian Basin Regional TRS.
