I just picked it up on the Saginaw County system. Too garbled to make out.
I realize the TG# seems to be in the Midland group of TG #'s, but I too heard it a few times and heard a dispatcher direct someone to an address that came back in a search to Saginaw.

Recorded traffic on TG 11714 was about doing some thing on roads in Chesaning and Oakley area don't know what they were doing might be road cpmmission

Identified 3710 as Coleman PD anyone know what Sanford PD or Midland Twp. Pd numbers might be
Since 11714 is identified as not Midland I went ahead and made a post in the Saginaw talkgroups thread with all the messages.

3710 is a Coleman officer. The only police departments in the county of Midland is the City of Midland, Midland County Sheriff's Office, and the City of Coleman. MSP Troopers are occasionally in our county, and every so often our DNR Conservation Officer will work in Midland County on our "Sheriff Main"/56P911 talk group.
They finally shutoff the county 159.150, so now all city-county police are digital.

Ron can you tell what towers they are using maybe different one for EMS than County sherrif dispatch in Saginaw I pick up EMS regulary but county very sparingly
3 talkgroups that have recently showed up for Midland County are: 11738,11739,14024.
Is anyone hearing anything other than Central Dispatch on 11738,11739, and 14024?
Over here, I only get the occasional Midland County call that pops up on the Mt. Pleasant or Phelps towers. On those TGs, I've only heard Central paging Fire or EMS, and hearing no response-not even a responding RID shows up.
Is it possible they have the new P25 pagers, and those are paging TGs only?

I get the same in Saginaw
Many times at night when I try on my outside antenna, they don't come in, but on my portable 396xt on a rubber duc they come in fine.
Off hand might have something to do with what you said before on the duplicate frequency with Isabella?
I have yet to hear those unknowns as yet here.
EDIT: 11738 showed up on a county fire page. No voice heard though.

11738 seems to be for county fire paging, initial page, voice and tones are heard, then afterwards when there is talk on the other fire dispatch channels, no voice is heard on 11738.
TG 14024 seems to be for EMS, as I've heard pages for City & County addresses.
So would 11739 be for City Fire?

They are now in Radio reference data base 11738 as Central Fire Paging 11739 Coleman Fire Paging and 14024 EMS Paging
I see the CC (Control channel) has switched to 853.825 GPMorris I assume Isabella's 853.725 voice frequency not having the problems when it is CC as mentioned before.
I do know there have been plenty of scanner users having difficulty in getting their radios to work properly if at all in the city-county.

The problems that the Mt. Pleasant tower were having only occurred on the first day that the Midland Simulcast went on air. It hasn't had that problem ever since. I haven't seen 853.725 show up as a voice channel on Mt. Pleasant since. My best guess is that 853.725 isn't actually used there, although I don't have anything to confirm that.
I suspect that the problems Midland scanner listeners are having are simply simulcast distortion, not related to locking up with the Mt. Pleasant tower.
BTW, Ronaldski, a new Isabella County TG has shown up, 13252. I'll be keeping an eye on this to see what it'll used for.

A number of people report nearly no digital reception on the simulcast system but report able to get surrounding counties. These 651-652's are notorious for doing exceptionally poor in the face of strong FM radio signals as well, poor selectivity as been shown in other forum posts elsewhere.
