Mifflin County - New system?

Is there a new system in Mifflin County? I am just far enough away in a neighboring county with a mountain in the way to be able to hear Mifflin County. I have a friend in Mifflin County that reports that his analog scanner has gone silent recently. RadioReference still shows the old analog system and frequencies.

Does anyone have any information on a new system in Mifflin County?
