Aaron, if you have not checked it out yet, CARMA (Chicago Area Radio Monitors Association has a good guide to MILAIR monitoring in ILL. Some of t5he FReqs I am sure are outdated but uits an excellent place to starthttp://www.carmachicago.com/profiles/Milair.pdf.I would also suggest checking out the neighboring states sections here on RR. Several (IA and MI)) have very good individuals who post freqs that you can likely monitor in wherever you are in northern IL. I only hear CAP flights when the President is in town, by the way.
