Hi guy's.. I revcently had a scanner stop on 148.025-pl 136.5. I've been scanning it for 5 days now, and the only thing that comes across it ( for lack of a better word ) is a digital cukoo. It come's in pairs. About 3 seconds apart. Hate to sound ignent here, but that's the best I can describe it. Happens at least once a day. I've never heard anything like it.. ( except an analog cukoo ) Anyone know that type of signal?
