I often see military planes flying around the mountians when driving on 322 between Mifflintown and Harrisburg and have seen them while on 75 in Path Valley. They are large cargo type planes. Does anyone know their origin Harrisburg or Indiantown Gap maybe? I have been thinking about trying out listening in on milair and these planes would be of interest to me. Forgive my ignorance on the subject.

Probably the EC-130s out of Harrisburg. They use the call sign of BATON. A few months ago a couple were working out of Nashville (my airport) and they were using 225.425 for air to air. That would be a start I guess.
