To be more specific, in the May 2008 issue, in Larry Van Horn's Milcom column, pages 52 and 53, although it appears that the end of the article might have gotten chopped. The data came from Chris Parris, the Fed Files editor. Kudos to Chris for a very detailed article - interesting reading....73 Mike

Thanks, Mike. I just wish I could spend more time doing research trips like that more often!

I did look at the column and it appears to all be there. I think it looks cut off because there wasn't any room left at the end for a "see you next time" paragraph...
