It is an extensive list of military HF frequencies found in the files section of utility_listening on the yahoo lists. One of the best I have seen. Don't know why it doesn't work, but I have brought it up 3 times this afternoon.
There is a very active group of HF listeners who publish a monthly newsletter on the web (free, no registration required!) at http://www.wunclub.com.
One caution - some of their information regarding the relationship between overheard callsigns and the identity/location of the station are the result of some rather uneducated guesswork. This is demonstrably true in the case of a fair number of Federal stations... :roll:
The reason it doesn't work is because you're linking the the tempoary cache version of the file and not the actual file path. The link below will work, provided you're a member of the Utility_Listening group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/utility_listening/join)...
