Since these topics are all intertwined, I decided to put this message out en masse instead of one at a time 
For getting HF info on military frequencies (note that the USAF/USN have more or less joined into one system; the old name is Global HF system or GHFS, now called System Capable of Planned Expansion or SCOPE) there's no better place to find this than the WUN. You can join (free) here:
