Military jets in San Diego

I was wondering who those jets are that are flying over san diego specificly the chula vista south bay area what government agency for example NORAD or is it the navy and what frequencies do they use?

Seeing that it is SD they are probably Navy. NORAD is a control and monitoring point and they do not have aircraft.

They could be Navy from North Island or Marine Corp from Miramar. This site has a bunch of frequencies to plug in:

Could be anybody. All services visit that area routinely. While North Island is Navy, it also gets lots of other visitors.
