There's a reason wy im asking this question again ,it may have to do with the fact that that frequencie is incorect ,it is not military police ,so no it does not answer my question

As I type I'm hearing MP on 149.350 analog in SW Edmonton using a 40 foot antenna. I could only hear the base as it said "Roger 102". Keep in mind this is a Simplex frequency North of Edmonton. Not as easy as when they had a base at Lancaster Park in the City.

Just heard them here on the southest end of the city, full scale with antenna at 35ft.
