Military radio power supply help!

I need help rebuilding bb-390 and bb-5590 batteries. Does anyone know of a site that shows how to do it? I also have a cy-7541 for my prc-104, but I don’t know how to build it into the power system.. any help would be great!

For starters, you need to know all the parameters for the batteries and power requirements for the PRC-104.
Individual cells can be found on the net but you may find yourself building your own batteries.
Not rocket science but some electrical knowledge will help.

There are power supplies available, that connect like the batteries. Have you checked on those?
