Is Austintown PD still in the clear? I don't scan them.

If so, they are the only LE agency on the system that aren't encrypted.

So far yes you can hear them they do encryption but not like the others I went through the list last night also and they have been updating info for the project 25 but I'm gonna keep up on this system because I do listen alot that way we can stay updated on this
