I am receiving what sounds like Eastern European or maybe Russian conversations on 266.85, 256.95, 263.875, & 251.95 on my BC796 with a CATV amp, 9913 cable & Diamond discone. Hard to tell if they are actually off the Atlantic Satellite or some kind of a wierd reception thing. Anyone have any ideas?
