Well for starters you won't get much action with a PRO-96 with rubber ducky but if hooked to a car antenna when mobile or good roof antenna at home you may have some luck.
I use 780 and 785 Uniden's for home and they seem to have much better reception in that band than my PRO-96.
I use my PRO-96 when headed south to beaches with roof aerial in Dover area and do ok with that for Dover air traffic.
You may have better luck with Atlantic City F-16 traffic and McGuire AFB so may want to check out this page sometime.

http://hometown.aol.com/jerseymilair/jerseymilair.html

Page wasn't loading earlier tonite but has good info for South Jersey.

A few Dover UHF freqs...
Dover Command Post 349.400 also same for McGuire CP
Dover appch UHF 339.100 and 359.300
Dover appch VHF 132.4250 and 125.900
Dover Tower 126.350 327.500

You may get lucky with UHF's for occasional fighters visiting Dover from
PAX River NAS or Atlantic City F-16's

Good luck
