Milwaukee County & Waukesha County still rebanding soon?

It's getting real close to the time that Milwaukee County & Waukesha county were suppose to be cutting over to the 851 - 853 freqs,
Anyone have any update info?

I have been meaning to ask around about that? Who would be the right person to ask? Would police officers even know? Or should I ask like one of the engineers if i can find one? I might have to update to a new scanner.
