Maybe George Bush will jump to grant him citizenship right along with all the other illegal criminals he is protecting.

Makes a person wonder how many other illegals are wearing badges in this country.

Since I'm not at work right, I'll be the first....

This doesn't really surprise me...the guy played the system for years and got away with it for a while. My guess is someone narc'd him out to CBP/ICE. As much as I may think MPD is a fly-by-night organization, I don't think there was much they could do at the time of hire.

Tal vez este incidente hará que las personas que hacen los controles de fondo se despierten.

(Maybe this incident will cause the persons doing the background checks to wake up.)

Will the illegal officers, brother Alex Ayala-Cornejo, also a Milwaukee police officer be fired? He knew his brother was violating State and Federal law, and he did nothing to stop it.

GEE - What ever happened to:

"I do solemnly swear that I am duly qualified, according to the Constitution of this State, to exercise the duties of the office to which I have been appointed, and that I will, to the best of my ability, discharge the duties thereof, and preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of this State and of the United States of America.

I further swear that I will enforce the ordinances of the City of Milwaukee, the County of Milwaukee and the State of Wisconsin, protect the life and property of its citizens, that I will diligently seek to detect crime and to apprehend the perpetrators or crime, that I will be ever mindful of the trust that has been placed in me by the officials and citizens of the City of Milwaukee and will make every effort to live up to that trust, so help me God."

Must be different for illegals...???

Get real. That worthless "oath" thing is only part of the swearing-in show. Any meaning behind it went out the window decades ago. They don't actually preserve, protect, or defend the Constitution; they only defend, protect and collect revenue for the state.

Nice try, Mr. Illinois. MPD doesn't do nearly the money-making (cite writing) that they could because most of them are dealing with dirtbags all shift.

Any money that MPD "makes" goes to the county, not the state.

You have a point there, I stand corrected. I was in Milwaukee a few weeks back and it is horrid. Filthy and crawling with dirtbags.

(PS: My previous post was referring to today's LE in general, not specifically MPD)

One reason why that won't happen is because they can't. Not enough money or personnel.

Isn't immigration, illegal or legal, the history of how this country was built.

Probably not....

Tim Counts of the immigration agency said that Ayala-Cornejo is making his own travel arrangements. "We are satisfied he will leave," he said.

And nice to see the City employs people who harbor illegals...this is pathetic:

His brother Alex Ayala, a U.S. citizen and Milwaukee police officer, was fired for lying about his brother. Earlier this month, however, the Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission overturned his firing and gave him a 10-day suspension without pay.

(Disclaimer: these are my personal thoughts on the matter)

I don't understand what the members of the Milwaukee Police and Fire Commission were thinking, to allow Oscar Ayala-Cornejo's brother Alex Ayala to remain on the force. Alex Ayala, lied to a federal agent and only receives a 10 day suspension without pay. How is Alex Ayala going to be able too perform his duties as a police officer when he is a proven liar?

If you think you can do better, I'll take a vacation.
