Well, it appears that they let their licenses lapse back in 2003/2004 (ah, attentive businesses!), but the Genwal corp that runs the collapsed mine used to use:

452.125 (R)
452.325 (R)
151.745 Simplex

If anyone's in range, might try listening to see if they're still using them. Doesn't look like anyone streams the local sheriff, either.

From the database:

Emery, County of

Emery County is located east-central Utah between the Wasatch Plateau and the Green River. Castle Dale is the county seat.

I at this time don't have the capabilities to stream this info or I would. As far as the frequencies all the sherriff's ones work but only one is on a repeater the others are simplex and can't be heard from where I'm at unless they are closer except for dispatch. When I went to Manti last I took Huntington Canyon and one frequency I heard was one marked for Cyprus Plataeu and since I cant confirm or track the source I can only guess that this is correct, although with all the different name changes of different places im not sure what is what half the time.
I usually don't know what a frequency's source is unless I personally know the people working there or see them use a radio and I pick it up otherwise it isn't confirmed of what business it is unless I know personally what it is and I generally stick a "?" next to it.
