Mineral County Frequencies

Could someone please tell me what the input frequency is for the Mineral County Sheriff's Office. I have the RX frequency as 155.8050 which is licensed as a repeater but I can't figure out the input. I know the RX PL is 100.0 but I also need the TX PL if anyone has it. Also does anyone know what "TAR" stands for in the database as a repeater system.

Hello. I have never been there, but I would listen to these Mineral County licensed frqs. to see if they could be the input:

Hello,

Mineral county PD uses 5 channels, much like the FD/EMS. So you'll have to plug in all the PL's to see which tower you can hear the best. The TX is 158.940. The following is a list of the PL's per channel:

Ch 1 - 100.0
Ch 2 - 127.3
Ch 3 - 146.2
Ch 4 - 167.9
Ch 5 - 203.5

Thanks ambdrvr this should help. Do you Know if the PL's are the same for the Fire/EMS and whatever that TAR repeater system is? You should submit these to the database and update it. I have been trying to bring Allegany County up to date. Oh by the way "your" new UHF repeater is sweet, sounds great.

Ok, first off I am not sure of the locations for the PD repeaters and I'm not sure what the TAR repeaters are either, I was wondering myself. As for the Fire/EMS repeaters they are as follows:

Fireground 1 - 154.235 PL 100.0
Fireground 2 - 154.445 PL 100.0
Interagency - 153.785 PL 100.0
TAC Channel - 155.835 PL 100.0
Ridgeley Repeater - PL 127.3
Fort Ashby Rptr - PL 146.2
New Creek Rptr - PL 167.9
Keyser Repeater - PL 192.8

I'll submit an update to the database maybe tomorrow if I have time. I did some programming for an officer in Mineral county last year so I'm sure these frequencies are correct. BTW, which one of "my" repeaters sounds good? PM me

The Talk Around Chanel Is 155.88
The Police Ch Is 155.805
