I cannot seem to get the Custom Audio popup screen to scroll or enlarge enough to reach the SW (switch) H slot. No matter what machine I install it on, the popup window will not enlarge vertically. Any ideas?

Steve at Northampton Ambulance in Fulton County here.
When you girst fire up the PPS, make sure that window is not minimized. It fill the screen. Then click on the musical note for Custom Audio. Close the instruction window. The yoy should be able to grab the top of the Custom Audio window and move it up to the top of your screen. Then the entire Custom Audio window should be visible without scrolling.
