Minneapolis Downtown Improvement District

I know that there have been a few posts on Minneapolis Downtown Improvement District in the past.

I was listening to one of the local digital trunked systems and I head a roll call, I think it started at 10 AM and lasted about 20-25 minutes. I sounded to me like the Minneapolis DID.

I am just curious, did the Minneapolis DID get off ARMER completely? Also, they are still licensed on their own, too, has that system been abandoned?

The DMR talkgroup you are referring to is patched to ARMER tg 3060. 1st pct officers have 3060 in there radios, it seems like many of the businesses have switched from the ARMER side to the DMR side. The channels licensed to DID have been silent every time I checked them.
