Status of Plans:
Olmsted County, progress report; Tim Heroff. Tim reports that Mn/DOT continues to acquire property for tower sites and they’re making progress.
Stearns County, progress report, Bill Mund and Tom Hannon. Coverage testing recently completed exceeded expectations, coverage reached far outside St. Cloud. Acceptance testing begins January 20. The regional plan is still being prepared. Equipment has been tested and rated and gave information to determine what brands and models to purchase. System to be running February/March, 2005.
