Got a call from a friend in Minot that works at the Police Dept. We were just talking and he said that Minot PD channel 4 will go 100% encrypted soon so both channel 4 and 5 will be silent for good. I hope the person we has the scanner feed keeps it up. We can listen to Minot Fire, EMS, Ward Co and Minot Rural.

Great, Just what we need more encryption in this area. Fargo is Not encrypted at all. Bismarck has everything encrypted witch really irks me
