There was a shooting in Minot ND at a Hotel a lots of the radio traffic was heard on the Minot PD, Ward Co, MFD, Minot EMS.There was a chase and the radio traffic from the chase went to State Ch 3 which Minot PD had to North Dakota State Radio in Bismarck to use Channel 3 Emergency the chase ended up in Stanley
