The Mirage B310 is a 2m amplifier designed to be used on 144-148 MHz. It is not designed to be used on 222 MHz.

The Astron RS20 power supply is rated for 20 amps intermittent service and 16 amps continuous service. The Mirage B310 is rated to draw 15 amps "typical". That's right on the edge of what your power supply can provide. I'd consider getting a larger power supply if you plan to use the Mirage continuously.
