This information is for the RS PRO-96 and 20-2096 scanners ONLY. These scanners need the multi-table programmed (by software) to follow VHF trunking. The problem here is that the two scanners only allow 6 tables, but there are 8 tables needed. You can leave out the 700 & 800 MHz tables and program the rest and it wll work fine for the VHF frequencies. A good reason for getting a PRO-197 or other scanner that automatically grabs the table info from the control channel data. Hope this helps. - Tom
