HP-2: Missing frequencies?

Help? I just purchased Home Patrol 2; I have installed the latest software and put in my zip code, etc. I am receiving numerous local pd and fd traffic for my area (Stark County Ohio) however I am missing Massillon and several others in Stark County. Why did they not update?
