Missing some transmissions- Alias not registering?

The highlighted transmission was on the F-ops1 channel you can see below, but it never got the alias assigned. Why are some transmissions not showing up as part of that talk group? I am missing stuff because of my black listed talk groups. P25 system, Sara network story county Iowa.

How do you have the 64912 talkgroup aliased? Is it a single talkgroup P25 alias identifer, or is it a P25 talkgroup range?

sdrtrunk will look for a single talkgroup alias identifier first, and then it will look for talkgroup ranges and it assigns the first talkgroup range that it finds. If you have overlapping talkgroup ranges, it doesn't know which is the correct one, so it selects the first one that it finds.

It’s aliased as a patch, which seems strange to me. I am wondering if this is because our system is a 5 tower county owned system that is tied into a larger statewide network. There are roaming privileges throughout and they will frequently float radios into neighboring counties depending on system load.
