BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Missing transmissions​ on phase 2 on bcd436hp

I notice that when you monitor a phase 2 system with phase 1 talk groups the data channel takes one two seconds to come back and you miss the come back transmission works fine on phase 2 talk groups maybe something to look at in future firmware update makes it hard to listen to when you miss the come back transmission.

Yup - has been a problem since day one (January 2014?) - I don't see it getting any better on these radios... maybe with a future radio they'll get it right.

I'm noticing the issue too, but I don't believe it's a phase 1 and 2 issue.
