Missing Vessle reports on 6519 and 13110

The other day i cought the tail end of a missing vessle report on 13110 around 8am and tonight at 2000est i cought the whole thing on 6519. Does any one know where these contacts are based?

The other day i cought the tail end of a missing vessle report on 13110 around 8am and tonight at 2000est i cought the whole thing on 6519. Does any one know where these contacts are based?

Caught a plaintive attempt to get medicine for a 12-year-old child on Jamaica-Air last night on 6640 Khz USB. - Child was in anaphilactic (sp?) reaction, I gather.
