Missouri Higway Patrol heard in Alabama

15 miles from Florida Line in Alabama
Tonight I was able to hear The Missouri Highway Patrol Dispatch from South Alabama. What a skip. The frequencies are 42.64 and 42.94 with a 186.2 tone. The Id was KAB302.The same dispatcher was talking on both frequencies at the same time. Gone to find more skip.

KAB302 on 42.940

That's the 100-W fill transmitter in Mexico, MO on 42.940. They recently started simulcasting it with 42.640. I searched applications as well for KAB302 and did not see anything there.
