Hello, I have monitored Moswin for a Long time. I'm wanting to update my scanner, does anyone ever recall receiving, Troop D: Admin, Aviation, Commercial vehicle inforcement, Crash investigation, Division of drug and crime, Swat, Tac 1,2 and 3 Talkgroups? I never have received theses talkgroups anyone have? Thank you.

It does not slow down scanning a trunked site one bit by having them in your lists.
Scanning is determined by the control channel data.

As to your question, yes, they have been noted active before but rarely. Same thing here in Troop C, most TGs are rarely used other than dispatch.
So... leave them in and maybe set an alert light or something that you may notice if one becomes active.

@kruser is right - having these TGs in the list that you can monitor does NOT mean they get looked at on each pass.
Your scanner looks at the control channel and if the control channel tells it to go to a TG then it checks if you have allowed it to go there.
It will NOT speed anything up to delete TGs!

Those changes had nothing to do with Moswin. They were county level administrative changes only. Click on and read the "Downloads and Reports" tab for each county and you can see what was changed. Many changes are administrative and do not affect the end user.

Normally on data base the new listing are marked in green. Moswin is marked in green color but when I check on Moswin there is nothing new.

Normally on data base the new listing are marked in green. Moswin is marked in green color but when I check on Moswin there is nothing new.

That because there was an administrative update for a talkgroupd in Marion County on Moswin. Those administrative updates still trigger the green color making you think something changed when it really did not. If a new talkgroup was added for a county on Moswin, that would show up as green when you look through the Moswin database info. Admin changes don't normally show up as green in the database. Only on the main map.
When you look at the Moswin main database page, it will also have a "Downloads and Reports" tab that you can click and read what may have been changed. A lot of administrative things will not be highlighted in green when you look at the actual Moswin listings though. It could have been something simple like a spelling change, a coordinates change or range change for example. All things that won't affect you from still receiving the Marion County talkgroup in this case. If you look at that "Downloads and Reports" tab, you will see there is no mention at all about changes to Polk or Greene counties.
