Which frequencies are actually in use around the state licensed as Inoperablity use?

I submitted the two frequencies
452.5375 CTSS 123.0
458.2125 CTSS 79.7

The best I can see is the use is via Missouri State Inoperablity use license which indicates cities, county and state Inoperablity use.

They were used by Wri-Comm in Mountain Grove. Not in the database or easy to see that the 2 frequencies are used.

I was surprised to pick up the chatter. If you have found others actually in use. Please share.

452.5375 is a business frequency. It would never be used anywhere for public safety interoperability.
458.2125 is the mobile side of national interoperability channel UCALL40 (453.2125) the correct tone should be 156.7. There could be legacy users with other tones.

That's why I found it to be super weird.
The tones are what were recorded when I went back to listen. Sounded very low power, but both frequencies were the same Dispatcher from Wri-Comm trying to reach 1205. First heard on the 452 freq then the 458 within seconds of each other.

It could be intermod or mixing from other frequencies. Was this received on a Whistler/RS/GRE product?
It could be, but they use P25 digital out here. Everything is in town, except for EMS and Fire. These were clearly non P25 with the pl tones.

I was thinking these were from Wri-Comms Dispatch center to Mountain Grove Police since they are in separate buildings, but within a mile distance. I was between the two.

My guess is also intermod or mixing. Especially if using your Pro-668.
GRE designed radios are notorious for this. The 668 is a GRE design.
Mixing products can occur in those radios from several counties away really.

But from digital to non digital? That wouldn't be possible.

Most likely an analog signal but intermod and/or mixing also occurs on digital signals as well.
Correct that mixing or intermod would not change an analog or digital signal to the other format.

Like I said earlier, these signals could be coming from a ways away, especiallly for mixing issues.
A digital signal can also cause intermod or mixing of analog signals in a device such as a scanner. The scanner does not care or know if the strong RF signal is digital or analog.

It's kind of funny but Franklin County uses a PL of 79.7 on 453.2125 which would be the base side or input for 458.2125. I think you used to live in or near Franklin County before your move. Your location shows Warrenton so I guess you were in Warren County.
Their license is only a remote link licensed for 10 watts though so unlikely it's making it all the way to Mountain Grove!

Quiet possibly a vehicle repeater for the agency.
Hey that's a good thought. I'll make sure to program the 2 into another radio and sit somewhere close by possibly tomorrow and see if I pick the same thing up. If I can I'll try to then hook up the Icom R3 and do some locating. All depends on how often they key up. I like your thought 👍🗯️.

Living near St. Louis, we had non digital radios key and you would pick it up on another frequency, however it would "always pick up the correct PL tone regardless. Problem is around here no PL tone matches what's listed in the database so you could be spot on, especially since they were telling a unit to call someone back. That eliminates fire and Ambulance and they are the only non digital left within the county.

I know state doesn’t use their vehicle repeaters too often in that area. They seem to have reliable portable coverage. But state is using more top of the line portables. Not sure what Mtn. Grove PD uses for portables. They may not have P25 portables. I know some agencies that only bought P25 mobiles and use vehicle repeaters and analog only portables.
