Mixed systems on the bcd396xt

can i make 1 system with analog non trunked, and p25 trunked. or do i need to make 2 different systems. also why is the [FONT=Arial, Arial, Helvetica]BC296D more expensive than the bcd396xt [/FONT]

You need to make the analog non trunk and P25 separate systems; you can't mix and match within the same system.

Why is a 296D more expensive than a 396XT? Likely someone is trying to rip people off. 73 Mike

Just to add to what Mike said: You have to make them seperate systems however you can assign them the same Site Quick Key which would let you turn both on and off with a touch of the QK.

Oh and Mike is probably correct about the 296D.
