Hello. I used to have that national map of Military MOAs, but can't seem to find it anymore. Can anybody post it here, or message me? I would appreciate it.

Try going to the FAA special use website, it is: www.sua.faa.gov/ . Click on the "map". It is inter-active and even shows active, scheduled, and non-active MOAs and their altitudes. It also has flight training and air-refueling routes.
