Mobile and Handheld Antennas

I dont know anything about antennas so I really need some help...
My BCD396T is not sensitive on uhf frequencies what antenna should I use to improve the sensitivity on uhf and maintain or imporove listening on 800mhz...

Also I need a good mobile antenna to use with my BCT-8 or my BCD996T that I can use with a magnetic mount and that also has the same qualities as the one for my handheld above.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated...

I find that the RS 800Mhz rubber ducky works pretty well on both UHF and 800. I don't find that the 396 is bad on UHF, I think it's more the antenna.

As for a mobile mag mount, look at the Hustler MRM antenna. They have been around for a long time and are very reliable. They're also pretty inexpensive.

Thanks... I change antennas on the 396 and nothing changed I get a full signal bar but theres alot of static...
