Mobile Antenna Mounting

I forget which person it was that was looking for a decent mobile mounting.

But I thought I'd offer this up.

Here's what I use for my mobile setups. And they both work like a charm.

That would be me. 8) :lol: Thanks but it will be quite a while before I could use it. Bought my scanner at Radio World. I was having problems with the volume so I called them for answers. Went out of my way to stop in, did up all the paperwork to have it checked out and then was told they would have to ship it to the US for repair or replacement. I have to go 6 to 8 weeks without my receiver. Sucks.

Yes, now that ya mention it Spydur, I believe it was you. *L* Well, good luck with getting the radio back.

When ya do though, maybe take a look at what I posted, I think you'll find that it will work quite effectively. Maybe not so much for 800 mhz, but definitly for the VHF band.
