Mobile antenna

Im waiting for my BCD396T to arrive on friday and already thinking about antennas and mounting in the vehicle etc. Looking for a good low profile 800 mhz antenna. I was looking at the Antenex Phantom Antenna.
Does anyone here run this antenna. Looked good and convenient for me but just wonder on how well it receives. Thanks in advanced for you input.

I have and use the Phantom antennas for VHF, UHF and 800 and all three work very well. I believe the 800 antenna has 3 db gain. However, when I travel, I typically use a 800 quarterwave (?) type antenna because it seems to have greater range. When I'm out and about here in metro Atlanta where there are numerous TRS, I often use the Phantoms because they are so low profile. You will be glad you bought them.
