Hi, I have a lot of these mobile antennas. I was trying to use them with digital scanners.
They seem to have the right frequency range for reception.

Coaxial Cable Series: RG-58 / RG-174
RF Connectors: SMA Male
Maximum Power: 25 W

It should look cool on a vehicle. Car, or Van, and it's low profile. They are professional antenna's.
I have about 20 of them. I'm going to try installing one on my van, and see how the reception is.
They are expensive online, From like $145 to $200 dollars. I think they can be adapted to work with scanners with SMA connectors.

You have to drill a hole through the roof of the van/car/truck. However, it does have 15ft of cable. With a nice covering. Flex stuff.
Anyone interested in antenna's like this?
