Today I programmed in the Mobile Communications LTR Trunk Frequencies into my Pro 97 in bank 9. Communication on this system is mostly paratransit services. The following is the order I programmed them in based on the built-in repeater order decoder on my Pro 97. These should be programmed in this order. I haven't been able to track it like a trunk system yet. I have it in LTR mode but it scans conventionally. Pressing PSE puts it in manual mode rather than ID Hold Mode (which works for the Sunshine Communications Philadelphia VHF I programmed in bank 6). I'm not sure why this is but the only other frequencies in bank 9 are SkyWARN. Without further ado here is the confirmed order.

452.10000
452.80000
452.25000
452.30000
452.45000
452.50000
452.47500
452.22500
452.75000
451.37500

Many of the 452 frequencies are listed on the SEPTA Page as paratransit frequencies. These are all Mobile Communications trunk freqs and should be removed from the SEPTA page with a reference link to the Mobile Communications Philadelphia page. The 463 and 464 frequencies for SEPTA Paratransit are in use with the listed PL tones. I can't confirm any talkgroups for this trunk system but they are there. If someone with the appropriate software could decode them that would be great.

I have some talkgroups that I've been able to save from this system. My problem with trunktracking originally was that I didn't have the bank set for LTR (duh!). The users of this system range from paratransit services (I know Community Transit of Delaware County is on this system, not sure of the talkgroup though) to private school buses to trucking services. The repeaters are in the correct order as listed in the original post. It appears as though most of the conversations on this system stay on their "homed" repeater.

Here are the talkgroups I've been able to listen to.

0-01-060
0-10-245
0-03-080
0-04-075
0-08-245
0-09-245
0-01-080
0-09-050
0-03-050
0-03-070
0-02-010

If someone else could monitor the system to confirm these talkgroups that would be great. Hopefully a Database Admin will notice this and update the listing in the database.

I pick up this system a lot in the Lehigh Valley.

I can't seem to figure out who is on 452.4750 people talking Spanish most of the time. Thought it might be some type of plant operations. It sounds all users stay on home channel pretty much. Some have a courtesy beep before repeater drops.

Many of the talkgroups on this system remain on their homed repeater 9 out of 10 times. There is not a lot of frequency jumping on this system.

Here are the talkgroups I've heard on this system and if known, a description of the user.

0-01-060 (Paratransit Service)
0-10-245
0-03-080 (Private Ambulance / Paratransit Service)
0-04-075 (Paratransit Service)
0-08-245
0-09-245
0-01-080 (Paratransit Service)
0-09-050
0-03-050
0-03-070 (Private Ambulance / Paratransit Service)
0-02-010
0-01-070 (Paratransit Service)
0-10-240
0-06-050
0-07-080
0-02-255
0-03-060 (Private Ambulance / Paratransit Service)
0-01-002
0-06-255

All talkgroups 0-xx-253 are CW IDs / data bursts.

Here are some possible users of this system.

Community Transit Delaware County (Paratransit)
Delaware County Transportation (School Buses, also operates the Quick Silver Shuttles for Fair Acres)
Keystone Quality Transit (Private Ambulance and Paratransit Service)

I just submitted updated information for this system for incorporation into the page on the database. The repeater order listed on there is incorrect and needs to be updated.
