Mobile County EDACS - Springhill Tower - New Frequencies

While I had reported the new frequencies assigned to the Springhill tower for the Mobile County EDACS, none of the new frequencies are online. The tower is still running with its original 10 frequencies. The information in the RR database is a bit of on the channel assignments and I'll post a new LCN as soon as I find where to insert the frequency.
