My guess is that they are on the state wide trunking system (MPSCS), that's where I would look.

The only frequencies in a trunked system, which MPSCS is, are for the various sites, look toward the top of the MPSCS listing, I saw a listing for Macomb County Simulcast and there may be other sites. When you want to listen for interop groups you have to program in talkgroups, not frequencies.

I have seen a talk group either. I know they are talk groups but I am used to the days they were called a frequency.

I cannot find anything for inter agency talking.

Scroll down to Talk Groups, look for the first group

Statewide Regional Common/Interop

No Simulcast does not mean Inter or Intra Agency those relate to the Frequencies/tower sites, not the Talk groups

If you scroll down to Macomb County in the link that was posted above you will see Common/Interop talk groups for the county.

I think there is still one of the older inter-city VHF frequencies in use there, maybe 155.370?

It depends on the situation.
A planned event that has multiple agencies (Macomb agencies only) will normally be on the 50SPEV talkgroups.
A unplanned event that has multiple agencies (Macomb agencies only) will normally be on the 50EMER talkgroups. This would be for like large fires.
Dispatch-to-dispatch coordination/requests for unplanned events will normally be on 50COM.
On rare occasions one dispatch center will call the other direct on their talkgroup. I heard this happen during that meijer stabbing when Utica PD called Sheriffs dispatch directly on the sheriff talkgroup.
The Intercity frequency that was mentioned above is still in operation but is used exclusively for dispatch to dispatch and only for agencies of western Wayne County, MSP, Novi, and Farmington Hills.

I did not see anything specific. If it is Table 1 I don't have access and I haven't paid for premium access.

How do I determine the channel/frequency of the talk group? Sorry for all the questions but certainly appreciate the responses. I want to program a couple of them into my scanner.

Talkgroups don't have their own frequencies.
When somebody uses a talkgroup the system assigns an unused frequency at each site where there are users on that talkgroup.
You program the site frequencies for the sites closest to you and you program the talkgoup IDs for the talkgroups you want to hear.

Okay. I misrepresented what I was seeking. My apologies. From the Radio Reference information listed how do I enter that into my scanner?

that would depend on the make/model of the scanner and what Software you may or may-not be using
