Mobile phone monitoring question

I have a mobile phone with internet access and occasionally use it to monitor the feeds. I have an issue that it drops the feed every 5 minutes or so. Does anyone have any idea why it drops? Does RR cut the feed or should i be looking at my service provider?

I'm assuming you're using a Blackberry?

My BB used to do it after awhile.
