mobile scanner feeds

two questions
1) i noticed when i use my iphone connected to 3g network i only get three min of live scanner feed can you do something that will allow non stop audio feed for my phone or any blackberry phone?

2) why do i find some of the county audio feeds play with my computer but when i go mobile they are not listed for example hamilton county al. ??
