What is Mode: T.........Is it encrypted and digital ???

TDMA. Means a talkgroup has been seen using P25 Phase II or X2.

Pittsylvania county went Phase I/II Proj 25 end of 2013 so no surprise what so ever.. Sheriff and LEO first then F&R although I understand dispatch is still patched on VHF 156.135 the old primary dispatch for pagers for the volunteers and that isnt likely to change anytime soon. It is a hybrid system best I can tell Sheriff/LEO is pretty much all Phase II but F&R due to costs is using alot of older Phase I equipment for me.

"T" - Certainly digital - possibly encrypted (depends on what the submitter reported).

If it's encrypted, it should be marked "E". At that point, it really doesn't matter if its TDMA or not. However, the RR DB admins only know and post what people tell them.
