Model 1.5 capacity? (XTS2500)

I need to grab a cheap UHF portable to add to a mutual aid box, and I wanted to confirm capacity, and its been so long since i've had to deal with XTS series radios.

A Model 1.5 should have 48 channels max, correct? 16 positions X 3 banks (assuming programmed for conventional, and the ABC switch is programmed as a bank change?)

Negative, 96 channel capacity, use the side buttons to shift zones up and down

oh, even better, then i can break up groups into zones and keep the ABC switch as TX Inhibit/Enable like my other XTS2500's are programmed.

If you want to get crazy, you could "modify" the radio into thinking it's a model 2 or 3, then assign zone up / zone down to the side buttons and have even more capacity.

The XTS2500 Model 1 has no display and 96 channel limit. ABC for three zones of 16 channels.
The 1.5 has a display and can have up to 128 channels. Side button for Zone Bank change and ABC for Zone change.
