Modoc County 2 Tones

Hello. This might be a stupid question, but I'm going to ask it anyways. How would one get the tones for the fire department in Modoc County? Specifically Alturas Rural Fire Department. I would like to program my scanner so it only goes off when that fire department gets dispatched. Is there a computer program to decode the 2 tone format that they use? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
